Here's hoping that everyone can plow through this frigid Holiday Season and make it home for some Christmas warmth!

Ah-ha!  My eyes did not deceive me.  The Flume is still there today, albeit somewhat worse for wear.
Thanks for posting Jim and Todd.

Seasons Greeting to all.

25 degrees here, shirtless and barefoot!

Wow! Thanks for the full Dr. Scott photo Todd!

Actually, the location is just a tad east of the Frisco siding and the mouth of Ten Mile Canyon. Chris identified the location as "Charcoal": http://c-sng-discussion-forum.254.s1.nabble.com/Merry-Christmas-A-C-amp-S-rotary-hits-the-drifts-in-my-imagination-td14959.html#a18069

The charcoal kilns are just behind the photographers back. You wouldn't happen to have a good copy of this com'in (rather than go'in) photo would you Todd?

And, Chris, I suspect your 25 degrees is much nicer than my 25 degrees!

Merry Christmas!

So...this is just a bit south of where I-70 enters the canon today, and the new Town of Frisco is to the right (east) in the photo? Though I am not typically a pancake stack fan, the long shot from behind with the large air tanks is appealing.

You upside down folks are killing me. It was -7F when I got in the car to go to work Thursday and it was -8F by the time I got to work. The temperature dropped something like 60 degrees F Wednesday night as the front moved through Denver. Ms. Alyson reports it is a balmy -1F as I write.

Stay warm, my friends!

This Google view from the bike path seems to match pretty well. It's from the grade as it passes Frisco - here. All of my  "com'in" photos are on the page you linked.
