There isn't an image digitised Tim.

 Description
        Black and white photograph with a view of railroad tracks and a small building in the background, with a sign reading "Smith Hill." On back is handwritten "Neg 404 Baughman Collection Colorado Smith Hill."

I'm 90% certain this is the Tank and Sign image; maybe ask first if the "building" is actually a RR Watertower. Librarians are a breed apart.
