Hi Jim,

Sadly, the Breckenridge Dredge Restaurant and Bar is entirely a fake.  (I suppose "recreation" would be a nicer way to say it.)

There are still remains of a real one out in French Gulch (which joins the Blue River at the north end of town):

That's the Reiling dredge, which sank in 1922.

Well, I'll be!  Another Texas tourist ripped off on a Colorado vacation.  But the food, booze and atmosphere were quite good as I recall.
