Doug Junda and I are wrapping up our preparations for the Amherst, Massachusetts Model Train Show next weekend. This is an very big open to the public manufacturers show (invitation only for manufacturers) and we were honored not only to be invited but to receive a place in the main exhibit hall. I am finishing building up our 30+ 1:48 and 1:87 display models for the show and thought I would post some of my work here for your evaluation.
These are display models so there is no weathering and the models have a semi-gloss finish to withstand the rigors of handling. Some will have different lettering on each side to demonstrate the various versions a modeler could build. While we have a great collection of San Juan Car Co. Rio Grande models to show, our newly integrated and redesigned former Grandt Line On3 and HOn3 models will also share the center stage. As a "South Park guy", there will be a good collection of C&S models positioned right up front. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Very nice -- wish I could make it to the show but Carson City NV is a little too far for a weekend. Bill Uffelman
