Taking a lead from Robert and searching "near Waterton" produced this Otto Perry beauty from 1937.
I wonder if the Combine came from Waterton given that RH Kindig photographed several passenger cars there in the preceeding month.
Yep! The Perry photos taken in the MID thirties show this plate ,but not before or after.
