Lol yes! And so are you! I'm not so sure about our other brother.
Just way too many things going on in my world. I'm sure it will settle down someday. Roper has been trying his best but hasn't been getting any support, including from myself!

Hi Darel,

I’ve got a blog post on the way regarding a pin truss bridge, but it’s not quite done yet….

Teaser:

Cheers,
Jeff.

Looks like an impressive start to a great model . . . any particular prototype inspiring your work?

Well, boy, howdy. That is a fine looking model bridge. A model of the Platte bridge is on my to-do list. I was just going to kit bash the model from Central Valley parts. Now your model will make my model look bad.

And where did you get that close-up of the underside of the bridge.?

Chris,  I am embarrassed to ask: which is the bridge in Platte Canon that carries the track from the south side to the north? I think the bridge was revised at some point because in the last passenger the truss is a two span with trestle and girder approaches.

I'm suprised nobody has mentioned the discussion on DSP&P 191's tender on NGDF- and the guy that's attempting to build a full sized FOAM reproduction of 191.

Actually I'm surprised you didn't mention Jimmy Blouch's posted picture of Child's Head bend on there as well.....you're slipping Robert.

Not this one though, Mr Blouch's picture doesn't have the guy sitting on the rock.  Oh, No, another unpublished view....must be two-fer-one Thursday.
