Great city. I've lived in Alabama for the last couple of decades or so. But I spend a lot of time in my 1935 Dickey at home. Maybe we'll hook up one day...

Don Pacetti
I attended the Air Command and Staff College in Montgomery, AL, in the late 1980s and rented a small house in Prattville, just to the north. Lovely place, lovely people and as hot as the surface of the planet Mercury on a summer day 😅. Charleston is pretty hot too, so I take my 1931 Chevrolet Coach out in the spring and fall.

Can't wait to get trains running as I'll run out of time faster than I would like to think. Life goes by so fast, eh?

As for the avatar, it's a reenactment of the D-Day landings that is an annual event in Conneaut, OH. 2500 reenactors and 30, 000 spectators.
