I believe I know the photo you are referencing.
Quite some time ago it had been posted here or NGDF and there was some discussion which included me.
My search turns up nothing on either site

The photo Chris posted a few days ago has an area you asked if it was a TT.
If I'm viewing that photo correctly I would say it is a TT because at one time an engine house was at that spot.
Again, if I'm viewing it correctly.  The track leading off the left went to a mill.

The Enginehouse pictures are on pg 1 of this Thread.  I'd say the TT predated the Enginehouse by the first heavy snowfall.  
Keith, I'm glad I'm not the only one to get N/S/E/W turned around.
I'll look in my files for the s.g. trackage map.  There was little changed apart from adding the Wye leg and additional tracks up in the Mill area: I doubt there even was a spur there before the mid 1910's.
