Definitely the High Bridge, but in the C&S strengthened era as the Diagonal Braces are back to back Angles unlike the original which were only single Angles.

And to Chris's comment about the added bracing, here's a comparison of a piece of the bridge with an early photo of the same spot showing not only the back-to-back angles added to the truss span, but the attachment of the bracing on the towers.
