Similar instructions on following pages mention South Pueblo, Leadville, Buena Vista and Nathrop etc.
 
At least NZR provided a Signalman or Porter to bring out the Checksheet(paperwork) before Departure: imagine having to go get it for yourself!

As with all ETT,  Nathrop-B.V. found in the Pueblo-Leadville pages; Nathrop to Alpine are separate pages.
