Very nice! Thanks due to the info from Jim regarding brass on Ebay, I was able to buy C&S 1000.
You set the standard. I will try to follow.
Best Regards from Switzerland

In case anyone might be interested? I used for the first time Star Brand Paints. I used a mix of "Sunburnt Red", and D&RGW faded boxcar red. The interior was airbrushed Floquil UP Armor yellow. I used Thinfilm decals, and after application, sprayed over with Tamiya flat clear. Last was a light hit with my airbrush of a mix of Floquil Grimy Black, and Foundation.

Beautiful paint job on two beautiful C&S cabooses, Tim!

This must be the summer of painting Overland C&S cabooses--I've done 3 so far. But, no matter the scale, C&S cabooses are the prettiest end of any narrow gauge freight train of any era, IMHO.

My opinion too!

Nice job, Tim. Is the roof of 1003 also red, or is it more of a beige color? Might be the lighting to my old eyes.
