Alpine Tunnel train order on ebay

If anyone has $350.00 around, here is a great find on ebay:
It reads "Engs 66, 69, and 72 may run extra return to Alpine Tunnel and has right of track to Alpine tunnel...(can't make out the rest)." Looks like maybe December 11, 1900.

The way I read the order:
Engs 66, 69 and 72 west run extra Pitkin to Alpine Tunnel
and has right of track to Alpine Tunnel over No. 73.

It appears engineers for 66 and 69 signed for their order as helpers
Conductor signed for eng 72 which would indicate 72 was the road engine.
