Living in southern VA I don't really find any C&S stuff in my area (with the exception of when the NNGC is in Hickory) Well at the Greensboro, NC train show today found this little jewel- 1903 C&S rule book.
Jim, I would love to know more of the deets. I hate to ask you to scan the whole thing, but it sure looks like interesting reading for those who hang out here.

It's funny you say that about interesting reading- when I opened it up at random the first thing I saw was the use of candles was prohibited in Baggage cars... Interesting tidbit we wouldn't even think about today. What I plan to do is photograph it two pages at a time and put it up in the Facebook C&S group and here as pics. It probably won't be this week though.

Your offer to reproduce a couple of pages at a time is greatly appreciated and it gives us an opportunity to read and process their contents. I look forward to the contents. Again thank you for sharing this rare resource.
I think I will post a section at a time in here in a post- it is nearly 190 pages so about 95 photos. A scan would not be really good on the spine of the book so photos will be the best way to go.
