It is a good question David. If it was by tanker then it would be fascinating to find a picture. Both of it and the facilities.
Maybe was just drums.
Would be surprised to find much oil in Colorado since oil is made under oceans from sinking organic matter. Plankton, I think. Saudi Arabia was under the ocean and was pushed out.
Coal comes from decaying forests and for some reason gas pockets form near each. All designed so mother nature can keep the earth at a temperature in that minute expanse of temperature between freezing and boiling.
Amazing really when one thinks about it.
