Thanks for the encouragement and tips, Konrad.

You're right, the side sheathing on the prototype got pretty ragged with time, the gaps between the individual boards varied a lot.  And the lower edges of the sheathing seemed to get beat up the most, especially under the doors.

By "chipping fluid" do you mean a liquid mask?
