Another Maxwell contact print of a "Water Board" negative, WB995:




Maxwell notes the location as "Water Board Conduit 7 Dam" and dates the photo as May 27, 1912.
This may well be in Platte Canyon above Waterton, not the Silica Branch, with the mainline west behind the structure.
