Pages 9 - 12 of that text file are from the 1894 DL&G B&B book.  (The Schwanders coal chute comment is about 3/4 of the way down the last page.)

(You might have been looking at pages 2 - 7, which are from the earlier 1886 UP B&B book.)

 OK - - - I've already been there and seen THAT, but what I am still not seeing anywhere is "the annotated DL&G B&B book of 1894 record[ing] a new 8-bin chute built in November of 1900."
