1916 Blue Prints Black Hawk area

Hi all,

In the Harry Brunk Up Clear Creek book on the Black Hawk Station article there is mention of Rick Steel 1916 Town Blue prints.   Are these Sanborn maps or "other" info.   Are they available on file anywhere in digital format?
