Joe Crea drew the Coaling Trestle Plans in his collaboration book Structures of The Early West.



And don't forget that the C&S Dabbed (or Dapped) their Guard Timbers 1" to 2" over the Ties.  They also had a different spacing and grouping of the Stringers compared with the D&RG(W).
