Early C&S in Platte Canyon

The print isn't very sharp and I can't make out either loco number but from the domes on the first one and the cab sides of the second I think they're both Cooke 2-8-0s. It's probably 1899 or 1900 because the locos don't yet have air tanks on top of their boilers but the second car is clearly lettered for C&S.
