C&S type 1 Stockcars

I am wondering how many of these type 1 stock cars were double decked. My model below, which was awarded first place in revenue freight cars at the NNGC was the only double deck Type 1 the RGS received. as you can see from the photo the upper deck was not as tall as the lower deck. this is backed up by the Mallory Hope Ferrell Photo on Page 394 of RGS story, which this photo replicates.
Was this a one off attempt to double deck these cars?
I chose this car as i needed more double deck cars on my railroad.
