For C&S folks living in Europe, there are a couple of Overland Sn3 locomotives just listed in Germany:

Both are listed for 700.00 Euro, with 100.00 Euro shipping.  For the equivalent of about $950.00, you can have your locomotive imported, if you desperately want one.
