I know you are not suggesting brass as an investment. But I am not sure it is a great time to sell...unless you never want it back. I may test your theory by offering my 5 and 60 in On3 for sale...

Just underscoring Mike's point that this is, for the moment, a seller's market. If one has reached that time in life, where it is time to divest oneself of all the model railroading stuff that has been collected over the years, this is a good time to sell.
