Rick,

 how's the form 3 treating you. I have a form 2. have heard there have been a lot of issues with the flexible tray. the good thing is that Formlabs still is providing Service and repair parts now two years later. I had a cartridge sensing issue and the are sending out the replacement parts n/c.
