I'd love to learn the details about the re-motoring/movement of the idler gear assembly--I've got two of the Westside C-16s that I'd like to rebuild into B4Bs circa 1910, and a PSC C-16 kit that I've earmarked to become #30 in that same era.
I was wondering if you'd looked at, and discarded for cause, the option of using the shorter Faulhaber 1319, due to its lower torque?
