Leaning towards no. The one photo I was able to find in a reasonable amount of time, has the same basic style, but given its location, I suspect it is closer to the Hancock, Alpine and St. Elmo depots. Those are 16 x 48 (as opposed to 16 x 40 Buffalo/Baileys). In addition those depots have bay windows, and likely Heywood Springs did too, but not having a front view handy, can't say for sure.

The plan was to eventually offer Hancock etc, as these depots were virtually identical, but obviously that never happened.
