But "point of detail" (that I just figured out). Ken Martin's plans and the Quick Pic book for RPO 13 show retainers at both ends of the RPO cars.

I'm use to all freight and passenger cars having only one retainer, on the "B" end of the car, but the RPOs (maybe the baggage cars, too??) seem to be an exception.

I'm hoping to work on the floor for my RPO 11 this week.
