What's Happening in Como?

I was shocked to find an item in the NGDF indicating that the Como Hotel and Eating House(and the Depot?) is for sale.I thought for a minute it was just a rumor until somebody posted the actual listing.There has been absolutely no mention of this-not even in the Depot facebook page.What's going on?

I think it will be on the market for quite some time at that price, but who knows.
