What? Tracks in laid in Central City?

Just saw over at the Narrow Gauge Forum that someone found tracks laid at the old boarding site in Central City.  Does anyone know what's happening over there?

Hi. I saw a news clip showing #71 under steam. Are they going to pull #71 and the rest of the C&S rolling stock away from the casino? It would be an excellent move to see real C&S equipment rolling again.
