South Park Rotary Housing

How many times was the housing on what became C&S rotary 99200 repaired or replaced?There is the original one shown in the Snowplow Trails photos,the one in early 1900s(and maybe late 1890s),and the post Como Roundhouse fire photos.Could it be the wrecked rotary in the photo with the D&RG caboose?Could this be related to the rotary wreck in the DSP&PHS story?

If you look at Ferrell's South Park book you will see the rotary as delivered and lettered for the UP.  The snow plow trials was actually the second housing.
