Some More Georgetown.

Recently Jeff Ramsey posted FB images of Georgetown, here is one that was colourised.  

This W.H.Jackson image appeared as a Sepia print in Digerness' Mineral Belt Vol III.  

The caption remarked taken from the Union(Empire) Pass wagon road(which it is not); that road doesn't climb out of the valley at this point(but a trail obviously did). The location of the Mill is about where the Water Treatment plant is today.



The FB comments hadn't at that time identified this early Mill.
