Since you will hear about it anyway. - Modelers Information.

Rick Steele
Just to let you guys know, I have gone crazy again.

I bought the Ye Olde Huff & Puff line of  HO, HOn3, S, O and On3 kits.

This includes the old:

Ye Olde Huff & Puff
Sugar Pine Structures
Silver Streak Kits
LW and AC Models
Mainline Models
Stewart Products
Eshelman Switch Links

Since the purchase of Silver Streak has given me enough tooling to actually produce some Red Ball Kits, I will be ginning those up again as well. At least that's the plan.

There's some S Scale freight equipment as well, but right now it looks like Boxes, Reefers and Express reefers. This is my first foray into S and I don't know what the demand will be. At any rate, I don't plan on dropping the line unless there is NO demand at all. Yes, I will give it time for people to find it.

I mention this because there was some C&S equipment that was made in On3. Being the anal SOB that I am, I will be modifying a lot of these old kits so that I like them.

Just for your information.

Rick suggest you find the S Scale SIG and post there to see what S standard gauge interest you can gin up.There is an on line S Resources mag too.

Rick- Congratulations! I'm sure that's a big move, but good for you. Us S gaugers will, I'm sure, appreciate it. BTW I knew Earle Eshelman years ago. What a gentleman. He sold me a box of his old 2nd hand S track stuff at York. When I emptied it I discovered a perfect and complete Lionel 700E tender in the bottom. He didn't know it was there, and I offered to give it back. He refused, a deal was a deal. What a guy.

Congratulations! One place to gauge a bit more on what's going onion S is Trevor Rowan's blog. He's modeling a town in Ontario in S and doing a wonderful job, and is a tireless supporter of the scale. His blog is here.

Rick:

Great to hear these kits will still be out there.  You may have seen my conversion of the standard gauge O scale truss rod car into a C&S St. Charles car.  Lots of potential in these kits.  Please post when you have kits available, I am running out :-)
