Rule 99

One of the traditions of railroading is protecting the rear of the train during an unscheduled stop. This is done with a fusee or flare. I have thought about modelling this since Linn Moedinger wrote about it in RMC. Logic Rail makes a circuit that is easy to install. This fusee protects the main at the east end of the Leadville yard--sure, it is a yard limit, but the crew likes to know westbound helpers won't surprise them!
