Put some life in the blog

Robert McFarland
Before the Discussion Forum took off like a house afire the blog used to have a lot of neat stuff and people commented on the posts .Any more the blog posts are mostly ignored(supposedly, but I may be wrong) and many posts are no more than a photo with zero comments.A lot of us would like to know how Darel's  Dickey layout is progressing.

Well Robert, I did put my life into the blog. It takes a lot of time and effort to build and maintain a blog. However, I really do have other interests outside of railroading that compete for that time and effort. And right now a few life changes as well.
As was planned with the advent of this discussion forum, much of the information is now shared with and by others in this format. The blog is now more or less a home page to maintain the files and such. I am very grateful for those blog authors who contributed much information through the years to help fill in for my lapses. You or anyone else are more than welcome to still contribute to the blog and it would also be much appreciated.
PS: As per the last blog post, Dickey is up and operational. It's just that nothing more has been worked on in a few years. If anyone out there would like to discuss relocating Dickey, hit me up.

Thanks for responding to my  post! Some of the things you said had a strangely familiar ring to them.A lot of times it IS hard trying to work  in time for model railroading.Projects I thought of doing 3-4 years ago lie undone.Good luck in everything you do.
