Online Annual Reports 1899-1909, and line and branch description.

I didn't find a link to these on the forum, so maybe something new.

Annual reports 1899 to 1909:

Financial document with description of lines and branches as of Dec 31, 1898.

Thanks so much for the two links.

I see much interesting reading ahead.

Darel might want to add these to the "Files" Section.

Great Stuff.

Note that even before the C&S 30' Cars were ordered, 50 narrow gauge stock cars were included in the "exchange". We have all heard that there were only about 10-20 on the 3' gauge, where did they come from? (U&N I think).

Sorry, Rick, where did you see the stock car notation for an "exchange" of 50 cars?

The first annual report list the narrow gauge roster as of June 30, 1900, as having 13 twelve ton capacity stock cars (these would be the D&LG and UPD&G 26 and 27 foot cars) and 50 stock cars of 50,000 lb capacity (these would be the new ACF 30 foot "phase 1" stock cars, just delivered).

Did I miss a notation somewhere? Which of the two document sets are you referring?

I guess that I was looking for the trade from the U&N mentioned in the UPD&G Receivers Reports.

You are right, I misread it. The report was supposed to go only to June 30, 1899 according to the cover of the report. But it also says, on the same cover, that is up to June, 1900, so I guess that the annual report is an annum and 1/2. I should have looked for the 1900 notation in the report as written.

Mea Culpa.
