Moving down the Arkansas to Nathrop

Moving south down the Arkansas River Valley from Buena Vista to Nathrop, we come to the shortened Cottonwood Creek Bridge;
to the Macune Wye; to my version of the gated crossing of the DR&G north of Nathrop; to the very shortened Arkansas River Howe Truss Bridge and to a hay ranch on the abandoned D&RG interchange track at Nathrop.   The gate and crossing are shown on the D&RG 1918 valuation map.  The pictures on the lower level of the layout are not of very high quality.

One in a pretty tight space, but Randy is making great use of the space he has.
