Yes, it is rather crude, quite unlike those wonderful Maps that you have shared here, and which I for one have appreciated greatly btw, some sections of various lines aren't shown or maybe just simplified, maybe more of a trail map of old gussied up with the RR's, I didn't examine the whole pdf.  

However this is so far the only reference I've seen of the "Charcoal" station. Has any other reader here seen another reference?

Looking at the Frisco on Googlemaps, the roadbed there is now a biking trail on the very edge of the housing; streetview is available for a "ridealong".  

Is anyone up for an exploration of the area before the Snow flies?

Mac Poor has a listing for Hathaways M.P. 118.30.  (Frisco M.P. 119.88)  High Line. 669 feet of side track. No other data known.
The 1.5 mile difference would put this location at or around the Miners Creek Trailhead.
