There, that is better.  The "Big Size" button on Nabble was limiting the size to only 750 pixels wide! Thanks Jeff!

Hayes Hendricks' DSP&P/C&S Passenger car website has info on the excursion cars under the C&S car locator heading.One of the earliest,built in 1883,is shown in Pitkin in the 80s.It is shown in the article describing DSP&P coach 7.

Wrong again about my assumptions.  I didn't think the excursion cars were used after the early 1920s.

But this photo showing a Railway Conductors Special, dated July, 1928, shows the were still occasionally used into the late 1920s:
