All the best, good luck and good health to all of you.

As I do not have pictures of the C&S, here a winter picture from the Rhaetian Railway.

Thanks, Chris! And Paul.  And Happy New Year to everyone from me as well. I've very much enjoyed meeting several of you in person through the last year and I hope that continues going forward. Glad Keith got his flanger finished. I'm sure he's wearing it out already over there.

Hi Paul
The year is 1896 and the station is Davos-Laret. It is the original station that was torn down in the late 1970‘ies.
If you want to know anything else, let me know.
Best, Christian

Hi Christian,
I hadn't heard of that railway before so I just watched a cab ride over it-wow!
Do they run any steam over at it times?

Hello Kurt
Yes, they do run steam trains. Here are some pictures.

I used to be a tour guide on these trips earning money for my university studies. The biggest challenge is to fit the slower steam trains into the timetable with a regular train running every 30 Min. It's still a great experience.

This link will give more info on the restuaration efforts of the rolling stock. The group is comparable to the friends of the C&TSRR.

Happy to point you to additional information.
