I have seen several things pop up in that Colorado Artifactual store and they all seem to be the gross domestic product of a small 3rd world country.....  Gold Myna that had the first one seems to be a new one that popped up with quite a few C&S items- most of which are about middle of road in price with the exception of the one at top.
On the other hand I did get a package in the mail from another seller for 15 including shipping yesterday.... I can handle that

For those looking for the C&S Annual Reports for the early years, I found the 1899-1909 and 1911-12 version online in Google books back in 2018. They were fully downloadable PDFs.
