I am seeking any available visual records—photographs, postcards, maps, or archival imagery—pertaining to historic train lines, depots, stations, and steam tramways formerly operating within the former land that indeed used to be Colorado National Forest. Specifically, I require: - Names of all rail companies/Steam powered tramways that indeed used to be active active but I know, indeed abandoned or even torn up and even ones that I indeed all still active to this day in May 2026 and even right-of-way for indeed, both former train lines/steam powered tramways that I know rails with trails rails and trails or Rails beside trails are even rails to trails or indeed, even a highway or even a Interstate that was indeed built, indeed on top of them in the region - Identities of defunct steam tramway train line companies - Documentation of surviving infrastructure I do indeed need both on what ball and what reliable and in the even-untenable as of May 2026 This research is time-sensitive. indeed thank you for indeed all of your help on all indeed with this matter at hand this is me Andrew. the only RR line through Roosevelt Nat Forest(passing through around Wycolo) was the Laramie, North Park and Western Railroad to Coalmont Colorado; later the UPRR's Coalmont Branch; then became the Wyoming Colorado shortline RR. That line was Standard Gauge and being way outside the scope of discussion on this forum. You can still follow the abandoned track formation from here 40°33'31.8"N 106°26'36.4"W , back to Laramie.
