Denver Union Station

 I thought I might show some pages from Kenton Forrest's book, mostly for those that may have an interest in enlightenment of the powers that be in the 1870's-80's. Especially regarding the Denver Union Station. It is an interesting read.
 I have also added some photos that may be of interest.

 I will resume my regular programme later.

























 Some photos have decided to load sideways. I don't know how to prevent that.

Bingham published photos of the Union Station being moved there
from its original location in Gunnison.  Looking backwards through
a pair of biniculars allowed the South Park to squeeze it through the
Alpine Tunnel in one piece !
