The Pictorial Supplement . . .Ironically, DL&G 272 will be renumbered as C&S 69 in a couple of years, and will be the locomotive used to dismantle the turntable at abandonment.
And is that "Jumbo Miller" in the foreground, using his "armstrongs" to turn the locomotive?
