Which picture are you asking about?  The picture for sidechains comparison is at Roscoe, on the Clear Creek line, no Fishers there.  The line up Kenosha definitely had them until the heavier rails and the Alpine Tunnel line looks to have never been changed.
Maybe you can start a thread on the Fisher joints?

Update: I followed Jim's suggestions and got some Coach Yard Darwin coupler pockets. They are a tight fit with Kadee #5s, but it all appears to work.

Here is 72 coupled to my duck bill coach:
