C&S 74 lawsuit

Kurt Maechner
I found a 2009 Colorado Daily article discussing a lawsuit filed by the city of Boulder against Martin Ulrich over C&S 74/C&NW 30, claiming that he didn't return a bunch of parts after his work on the locomotive.  I had never heard of this issue.  Does anyone know the outcome of the situation?

Several parts and appliances were used on #9. And are likely still there.

All's more or less well that ends more or less well, though. As I understand it, a lot of the parts were eventually recovered for #74's cosmetic rebuild that was done in Denver.

We actually had a happier ending in this situation than I though possible at the time. There are still things missing from #74, but at least it was rescued from Strasburg. And, it's not in Boulder.
