John, are you talking about a new project? Or is one of the Overland #72's available for sale somewhere? Sunset produced a #74, but Overland imported the B-4-E class in On3.

It was an Overland On3 C&S number 72, it has already sold for $ 1,176.51.

However, there is an Overland On3 C&S number 73, from the same late 1980s Overland run, currently listed at BrassTrains.com:

https://brasstrains.com/Classic/Product/Detail/085622/On3-Brass-Model-OMI-0113-C-S-Colorado-Southern-2-8-0-1986-Run-Unpainted-EXACT-MODEL-UNKNOWN-

It is priced at $ 1,295.00 with free shipping.

Lots of great photos of the model to see what this rare run of On3 C&S locomotives looked like.

Mike, it would have been the Overland as suggested. I had just skipped over it in the O scale brass, not having money to spend. Have just purchased an NCE 5amp RC system so am broke furthers still.
Sorry for not noticing your message earlier. Working.

Yes, this is a #73.

That's a pretty high price for a model without a box, and may not have it's snowplow.

Probably out of an estate sale, yikes.

Anyway, rare model, I believe there were only 25 of them.

Nice looking model, except for the sloppy soldering job on the shades. I really like my OMI Sn3 locomotives. Maybe it's my poor vision, but I think the OMI #74 looks better than the PBL #75? BTW I wish Brasstrains would fix the roof on the On3 RGS business car!
