Just for fun, I have to beg to differ with you on this one. Here's a 15 inch gauge railway that is quite non-Gnomish, I think, though I have to admit that it isn't a garden railway. It's a public, common carrier. It's my family history too- Henry Greenly, my great uncle, designed the locos and the entire railway, the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch in England, back in the 1920's.
