There is a video of the B&C which is a photo slide show of locations and equipment.A photo of B&C #4(ex C&S 55) shows the Pictorial Suppliment photo with the main rod attached to the 3rd driver,while a photo of it in action on the B&C shows the main rod attached to the 2nd driver.

I haven't seen the video but here is a photo my grandfather took. I have no idea of the date but probably after they set it aside.
