Archer Fine Transfers is going out of business

Keith Hayes
If you are in Sn3, you know that you have to get while the getting is good, or else be really patient. More than a few manufacturers have decided to call it quits lately, and Archer Dry Transfers is the latest:

Archer makes resin details on decal paper--these include rivets, weld beads, panel lines and, ahem, diesel louvers. I used the panel lines to model some roofing on the RPO #11 project and have used the rivets on a couple projects--they are handy when you accidentally sand off the molded-on rivets on a tank car.

As when Grandt Line went out of business, Archer was overwhelmed by orders. The website is back up and running, but probably only until the end of September 2022. So get some back stock while it is still available.

Oh, and if you nose around the site, there are some nice-looking WWI and WWII recruiting posters!
