An Open House

Keith Hayes
This post was updated on .
The Front Range Division of the NMRA organized open houses at Denver-area layouts this past weekend. About 30 folks stopped in for a visit Saturday afternoon. Word is Denver will host the Sn3 Symposium in 2026, and the High Line will surely be open for touring.

Jeff Osborn stopped by and brought some equipment to run on the layout.

65 led 76 as the first double header operated into Leadville.

Upon arrival, the fireman hopped out to check the running gear. I like how Jeff placed the hoggers in the cab.

9 was on point for the westbound passenger.

I am not sure where this is: 70 surely cannot be far from Denver!

Thanks for bringing the equipment over, Jeff!

Very nice, Keith! Thanks for posting this.

Dickey will also be open for the Sn3 Symposium next year. Should be quite an event.
